In this week’s Insider Tour, we tour a 2 bedroom condo unit at One Amber. This is a freehold development with 562 units that’s located in the East. There’s a mix of 1 to 4 bedroom units here, with a size from 570 all the way to a massive 3,541 square feet.
It’s within walking distance to the shophouses along Tanjong Katong Road, as well as Katong Shopping Centre, and the vibrant shophouses along East Coast Road too. Currently, it’s not the nearest to an MRT station, but the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson East Coast line will just be a short walk away.
In this episode, we also toured a 958 square feet 2 bedroom unit. The unit was purchased for $1.7 million, and renovated at a cost of $80k.
