The upcoming sales launch of The Serra Residences on October 16 will mark the entry of the first post-GFA harmonised private residential development in Novena, and only the second new freehold development in the Core Central Region (CCR) to hit the market in 2026.

Located at 7 Bassein Road in Novena, The Serra Residences is a luxury project by Far East Organization, which bought the District 11 plot (and an adjacent vacant land) in a collective sale more than 16 years ago.

The freehold project sits on a 51,396 sq ft site, and it consists of 133 units across a single 28-storey tower.
