The Singapore Land Authority has awarded the former Phoenix Park at 300-320 Tanglin Road to TS Home at $404,888 per month, the highest of seven bids. The 610,487 sq ft heritage site, comprising 33 colonial black-and-white bungalows, will be repositioned as a mixed-use lifestyle destination with co-working, wellness, F&B, and co-living concepts.

Two new CCR GLS parcels at Holland Plain and Morrison Lane could add about 485 homes in total. Holland Plain can yield around 280 private homes as part of a planned 22.5 hectare low to mid rise residential precinct in Bukit Timah. Morrison Lane in River Valley could add about 205 homes plus just over 5,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, but it will only proceed if triggered under the Reserve List.
