Wrong pick! Choose the freehold condo or even LH condo at potong pasir. Location location location. You not gonna stay in that property forever. upgrade later. This is the best advice, up to u , wanna listen to me or not lah.

But I literally burst out in laughter upon reading the last comment” Would expect capital appreciation for another upgrade”
Despite the many helpful articles and analysis from Stacked, we still unfortunately do have self entitled, delusional individuals with comments and expectations like this. As if it is a sure win, sure make money kind of transaction.
I think they came to the wrong place asking for advise on which ppty to consider, go ask your ppty agent instead, they definitely will be able to tell you which ppty to purchase for “confirm capital appreciation for another upgrade”.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. This does mirror our thoughts too. We can’t say which ones would make more than the other. It’s not so straightforward given how complex the property market is. What we can do is look at the data and give some indication based on past performance, perhaps of the actual product or similar products, as well as our opinion, but even then, nothing is guaranteed!
