#44 – Ikea
We half considered not putting Ikea in, considering how it is probably the most ubiquitous furniture brand around. It also isn’t too far-fetched to say that every household in Singapore would contain at least one item from Ikea! But just in case you’ve been living under a rock and have not heard of it, it’s Singapore’s favourite one-stop shop for all things interior. Ikea truly has it all when it comes to furniture, decor items, and even kitchenware. Each piece is seen to be designed in a human-centric way and to provide upmost ease and comfort to the user. However, it is known to not be the most durable.
Strolling through an Ikea store is an experience itself and, honestly, one of our favourite ways to past time or get inspired. Alternatively, their online store provides Pinterest-like inspiration and is extremely easy to navigate.
