In continuation with our theme for well-sized units, this week is no different, as we’ve scoured the mess that is PG listings to surface a few interesting ones.
To up the ante too, we’ve decided to also look for units that feature a stunning view from the unit itself. After all, with all the time that you spend at home now – there will definitely be more eagerness to pay the premium for a good view.

1Kingsford Hillview Peak

$2,350,000
Address: | Kingsford Hillview Peak |
---|---|
Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
Size: | 2,164 sqft |
$PSF: | $1,085.95 PSF |
Developer: | Kingsford Development Pte Ltd |
TOP: | 2016 |
Why I like it
To start, Kingsford Hillview Peak has received more than its fair share of complaints in its still relatively young lifetime. It was fined $130,000 for repeated safety lapses during construction, and even after completion received complaints from residents for its workmanship.
So, not the best of introductions. But if those issues were something you are willing to overlook, there’s a case to be made for the extrinsic values of the unit. Besides the usual locational attributes (it’s not too far from Cashew MRT station on the Downtown line, and HillV2 mall is just next door), this is a penthouse unit that allows you to take advantage of your natural surroundings.
This penthouse unit is sized at 2,164 square feet. For 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that’s considered sizeable, even if you were to take into account that open roof terrace. Ultimately, that is what you’d be attracted to here, as the scenic view over the greenery is something very pleasant to be able to view everyday from the comforts of home. It’s not the tallest – but it doesn’t have to be given that most of the surrounding area is quite low-rise.

2Corals at Keppel Bay

$5,970,000
Address: | Corals at Keppel Bay |
---|---|
Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
Size: | 2,573 sqft |
$PSF: | $2,320.25 PSF |
Developer: | Keppel Land Limited |
TOP: | 2016 |
Why I like it
This isn’t the first time we’ve covered a Corals at Keppel Bay unit, and Reuben has also done a full review on it. But in short, this development isn’t one for those who value bang for the buck above everything else, as it really prioritises the lifestyle benefits over everything else.
There are several 4 bedroom deluxe units available that come generously sized at 2,573 square feet. As you might expect from a development at this price point, you will enjoy the luxury of private lift access here. The balcony is certainly odd-shaped, but the views over the water is something that you aren’t going to get anywhere else. Of course, not everyone is a fan of the smell of the sea. But there are those that find the sea breeze intoxicating, and so this is really for the ones who treasure a sea view over anything else.

3The Interlace

$3,900,000
Address: | The Interlace |
---|---|
Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
Size: | 3,929 sqft |
$PSF: | $992.62 PSF |
Developer: | Capitaland Residential & HPL |
TOP: | 2013 |
Why I like it
I’ve always been a huge fan of nature, and there’s nothing better than a morning run amongst lush greenery to clear the senses! And so while I do know that The Interlace is certainly a development that splits opinion, I do like the size and space that it offers.
Speaking of space, this unit is a massive 3,929 square feet 4 bedroom penthouse. Okay, it’s not all interior space, with the entire second floor a huge open roof terrace, and there are additional balconies and planters on the first floor to contend with. Those who are after the lifestyle probably wouldn’t mind too much, as this is what they’d have been attracted to in the first place.
The views you get from here are certainly spectacular though. There aren’t too many buildings closeby to The Interlace so it is unblocked, and the thick mounds of greenery surrounding the estate really adds to the view as well.

4V on Shenton

$3,700,000
Address: | V on Shenton |
---|---|
Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
Size: | 1,528 sqft |
$PSF: | $2,421.47 PSF |
Developer: | UIC Investments (Properties) Pte Ltd |
TOP: | 2017 |
Why I like it
This is the smallest unit chosen on this list – but even then at 1,528 square feet, it is still quite sizeable for a 3 bedroom unit in today’s context.
Of course, its CBD location isn’t for everyone. But for those that work in the vicinity, this would definitely be a plus point unless you are blessed with a forever WFH situation. This unit is on the 50th floor, and at this height the view is truly spectacular. On a clear sunny day, you can see around the area for miles – and the facing towards that massive sea of blue is really calming indeed.

5The Riverine By The Park

$6,380,000
Address: | The Riverine By The Park |
---|---|
Tenure: | Freehold |
Size: | 2,890 sqft |
$PSF: | $2,207.61 PSF |
Developer: | Wintree Investment Pte Ltd |
TOP: | 2010 |
Why I like it
This is a penthouse unit at The Riverine by The Park. Sized at 2,890 square feet for a 4 bedroom unit, you do have a good amount of space in the unit, even with the private roof garden and jacuzzi. You do get the luxury of a private lift here too which is to be expected given the price of the unit.
Arguably, this unit features one of the best views of Singapore, with the National Stadium on the left, that open sea, and the city skyline on the right – you do almost get the best of everything here. At this point in time, its unblocked views all around as you are a singular block on its own – but you should note that in the future this will change as the immediate surrounding area is a very valuable white site.
Other than that, most people are surprised to learn that this is a freehold project. And with just 100 units it is pretty exclusive indeed.
