In this week’s Insider Tour, we head to the east where we look at another DBSS – Belvia. This DBSS is located in the mature estate of Bedok and is just about a 7-9 minute walk way from Bedok North MRT. This conveniently puts residents just over 30 minutes to get to town!
Built by CEL Development (also the developers of private condos like Kopar At Newton), the development reached its TOP in 2014 and its first MOP in 2019! Today, prices of homes here are within some of the most expensive HDBs around. This is due to its location in the mature town of Bedok, as well as its proximity to amenities around.
We also feature a colourful 4-room unit that comes with a unique layout with 2 balconies – one in the living and another in the master bedroom, which the owners here use as their workout area.
