According to HDB, resale volume for HDB has fallen by 11.6 percent from last month of May. In total, 1,753 flats were sold in June as compared to 1,984 in May. If we were to compare to last year June 2016, there were 1,846 units sold, a slight 5 percent decrease.
Looking at the prices as a whole, HDB resale prices have fallen by 11.7 percent since their peak in April 2013.
