Inside A Modern Farmhouse HDB Home In Commonwealth
January 19, 2023
In this week’s episode, we revisit the Tanglin Halt area to tour a 4-room flat located in an HDB development called Commonwealth View.
The development was completed in 2008 and houses a total of 379 units with a wide range of flat types from studio to 5-room flats! One of the highlights of staying here is its proximity to commonwealth MRT, and residents can enjoy quick access to the Rail Corridor that leads you to the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve on one end, and the Southern Ridges on the other.
Residents here can also enjoy a quick drive to The Star Vista and Holland Village – both under 5 minutes away.
In focus today is a 4-room flat that’s 969 sqft in size which was purchased for $775,000. The owners spent $75K in renovations and achieved a warm and open home.
Special thanks to the homeowners for opening up their flat to us!
