We recently released a piece on the 10 biggest condos in Singapore (in terms of land size). And to no one’s surprise – it’s been really popular.
There’s no doubt about it at this point, that many Singaporeans value having space in their homes even more because they are spending more time in it. In that vein, we’ve decided to look for some of the more outstanding units available that have a sizeable built-in as well as huge grounds that makes a ton of sense of families.

1Clementi Park

$2,750,000
| Project: | Clementi Park |
|---|---|
| District | 21 |
| Address: | 135 Sunset Way 597158 |
| Tenure: | Freehold |
| Size: | 1,874 sqft |
| $PSF: | $1,467.45 |
| Developer: | City Development Limited |
| TOP | 1985 |
Why I like it
Clementi Park is undoubtedly massive. It sits on a land size of 973,984 square feet, and the best part is it holds just 489 units! For some context, Treasure at Tampines has 2,203 units on 650,000 square feet of land – that’s a huge difference.
Land comparisons aside, Clementi Park is a freehold property built in 1985. While it is old, it does mean that its units are also comparatively bigger than the average today. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit comes in at 1,874 square feet, which is a really good size. It does have a minimal balcony as well, so you do have a lot of internal living space. And it goes without saying that the decor of the space is impeccable. In a time when construction costs are going up and delays are inevitable, a move-in ready space like this is a definite plus point.

2Ivory Heights

$2,000,000
| Project: | Ivory Heights |
|---|---|
| District | 22 |
| Address: | 122 Jurong East Street 13 |
| Tenure: | 99-year leasehold |
| Size: | 1,700 sqft |
| $PSF: | $1,176.47 |
| Developer: | NA |
| TOP | 1993 |
Why I like it
Ivory Heights is one of the few remaining ex-HUDC units. Like the rest of the developments on this list, this is a tremendously sized plot of more than 800,000 square feet with 654 units. Of course, it’s a 99-year plot but that is also the case with many of the developments around the area.
One of the attractions is you can walk to Jurong East MRT (and with that all the malls), but unlike some of the HUDCs like Pine Grove, Ivory Heights doesn’t really have normal condo facilities like a swimming pool or tennis court so bear that in mind.
What you get though, are big units. This 3 bedroom unit is sized at 1,700 square feet – generous indeed. It’s in good condition as well, so minimal reno would be needed.

3Braddell View

$1,820,000
| Project: | Braddell View |
|---|---|
| District | D20 |
| Address: | 10 Braddell Hill 579726 |
| Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size: | 1,798 sqft |
| $PSF: | $1,012.24 |
| Developer: | Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited |
| TOP | 1981 |
Why I like it
Braddell View is the largest plot of land, with 2 plots combined to give a total of 1,142,287 square feet. Even if you were to split it to 2 or 3 plots, it would still cater for a few very generously sized projects.
This is another ex-HUDC development, but it does come with 2 commercial units, 78 maisonettes and 16 penthouses – something a little different. This is a 3 bedroom maisonette unit set over 2 floors sized at 1,798 square feet, with all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It’s certainly in a well-kept condition considering the age of the development as well.

4Savannah Condopark

$1,840,000
| Project: | Savannah Condopark |
|---|---|
| District | 18 |
| Address: | 37 Simei Rise 528782 |
| Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size: | 2,293 sqft |
| $PSF: | $802.44 |
| Developer: | City Development Ltd |
| TOP | 2005 |
Why I like it
Savannah Condopark may not be as big as some of the others in our picks this week, but it still has over 500,000 square feet in land size which is still substantial. This is a 4 bedroom penthouse unit that is 2,293 square feet in size. It features the first 3 bedrooms set on the lower floor, and the master bedroom and family area set on the higher floor. There is also a sizeable rooftop terrace area, but the condo isn’t very tall to begin with so don’t be expecting sky high views here.
Other than that, the unit is well-designed although the irregular shape of the unit does make it appear less spacious than it actually is on paper.

5The Interlace

$3,100,000
| Project: | The Interlace |
|---|---|
| District | 04 |
| Address: | 186 Depot Road 109687 |
| Tenure: | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size: | 3,120 sqft |
| $PSF: | $993.59 |
| Developer: | Capitaland Residential & HPL |
| TOP | 2013 |
Why I like it
The Interlace is famous for its really huge units (and open PES spaces), and this ground floor unit is no exception. At 3,120 square feet for a 3 bedder, its size is almost unheard of in newer developments today. Admittedly though, a large proportion of this unit is due to the PES which wraps around the entire unit. If you are a fan of outdoor spaces, this would be it.
