I was thinking why not X family move in to the landed and rent out their flat. This way they get to take care of the ah Kong. On top of that get the rental, since now rental is pretty good.

Ah kong is always right. The landed freehold 6m home is, in a way, priceless and not everyone in Singapore has that luxury to the family’s name. Lucky ahkong never sell.
