#StayHome – the current trending word (or hashtag) on everyone’s mind at the moment. Whether you are stuck at home or WFH, the Coronavirus has definitely had a big impact on the real estate market.
With private home prices dropping 1% in Q1 before the circuit breaker measures, you can expect there to be more movement in property prices moving forward – least of all for any new condo launch that hasn’t been selling particularly well (see all the updated take up rates in our ultimate new launch cheat sheet).
So just because everyone is relegated to staying at home doesn’t mean you can’t keep track of the new condo launch prices. Below, we’ve collated all the prices (inclusive of discounts and price drops) in one easy to view new condo launch price list – it’s arranged by region for ease of searching.
We aim to keep this as updated as possible, so let us know if we’ve missed any out or if you need any clarification feel free to reach out at hello@stackedhomes.com
