It is now 2018, yet the en bloc train does not seem to be slowing to a halt anytime soon with projections of higher demand this year. There have been many other developments trying to kick start the collective sale process to ride on the en bloc wave. So in our en bloc series so far, we have covered part 1 of newer freehold homes that have potential en bloc in Singapore. Here is Part 2 (with part 3 in the works!)

Grange Residences is a freehold condominium located at Grange Road in District 10. It was built in 2004 and the current nearest MRT station is Orchard at 1.1km away. However, when the Thomson-East Coast downtown line is up, Orchard Boulevard MRT station will just be a short walk away.
