Hi Sean,

I need some advice from you.

As we know for Parc Clematis, the 1 + study had been sold out since early last year.
And I’m looking for the unit(1 + study) for my own stay.

However, I have an order from my relatives whom have bought the 1 + study (Blk 8C, 517sq ft)- <>
My relatives asking price is $940,000 to $960,00, once I agreed they will arrange for legal team to transfer the OTP to me.(They will cover the legal cost).

You might wondering why they wanted to sell the unit, well cause they are moving back to Aussie for goods.

Please kindly advise.
