Tampines GreenRidges is the first housing parcel in Tampines North, and wow does it look quite different from many other HDB developments! It was designed by LAUD Architects and was meant to “merge” with the larger urban concept of “the Green Tapestry” of Tampines Town.

However, it is self-sustaining for a reason: it’s not located within walking distance of an MRT, although residents can look forward to the upcoming Tampines North MRT (CRL) in 2030.
