Why I like it
Good size for a single, or even a young couple with 1 bed and 1 study. It’s an integrated development too – Potong Pasir MRT, shops at your doorstep. Its city fringe location is a real attraction too, and so is that PSF.

Why I like it
It’s a scary looking price for sure – but once you find out it is actually 2 units combined together it doesn’t sound so bad does it? With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms this is a really unique option for a multi-generational family to stay together all on one floor.

Holland Hill is quite the private spot, but the seclusion means you probably need a car to move around. That said, there’s a shortcut to both Holland Village and Commonwealth – relatively easy access to HV and hawker centre food at Commonwealth.

Why I like it
Not the most ideal location, but if your roots are already in the Woodlands area and you’ve always wanted to experience Penthouse living this would be right up your alley.
The rooftop has an open patio with a jacuzzi which faces the pool. Size is pretty good too!

Why I like it
I love waterfront views so this was an easy pick of the week for me. Granted it’s no Marina Bay but Bedok Reservoir is not too shabby either! It’s a short walk to Bedok Reservoir MRT on the Downtown line as well.
It is a 4 bedder so it will be ideal for families – just note that 3 of the bedrooms actually shares 1 bathroom. So if you happen to have 3 girls it is best to move along!

Why I like it
I’ll be the first to admit this isn’t the most practical choice. On paper its 1,216 sqft seems to be big, but as a loft unit you’ll always be paying for the air space above your head in the living.
Still, there’s nothing quite like relaxing in your high ceiling living room on a weekend. The best part? It is located right outside the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson East Coast line!
