How much commission was paid to the Property Agent? Sounds like the agent’s main incentive was to close the deal (and did not have the buyer’s best interests in mind). Can the Property Agent be reported for the various counts of misrepresentations?

Point 2: You naming specific areas and case is causing harm to owners of property in that area/condo that your are insinuating. It is unethical of you to do this to boost your readership.

Apart from looking at the URA Master Plan to decide whether and to what extent any property (whether your own) or the neighbouring properties has a chance of redevelopment, you also need to check whether the area is subject to any additional specific redevelopment restrictions(ie examples are Shelford, Stevens/Balmoral, Balestier, Telok Kurau, Parts of Marine Parade etc). If there are, it makes it less likely that any redevelopment will take place.
