Amberwood At Holland Starts From $2.568M For A 3-Bedder — Here’s How Its Pricing Compares To Other Bukit Timah Condos
Published
From a pricing perspective, Amberwood At Holland is a tough project to evaluate. It is the first project in the new Holland Plain private residential precinct, and the location of the project also positions it closer to District 21 despite technically being in District 10.
Most buyers would associate prime District 10 with some of the priciest luxury condos on the market, and this makes district-wide price comparisons challenging. In our view, the fact that the development of Holland Plain is just now kicking off, there are plenty of reasons to suspect that present-day prices and property values may not be reflective of the precincts’ future transformation.
But this doesn’t mean that it’s not worth doing a price comparison for Amberwood at Holland. There are still resale alternatives, although some may cross into D21 for comparison purposes, and the indicative prices at Amberwood At Holland also broadly reflects the product positioning of the new condominium.
In short, this may be one of the most accessibly priced condos we’ve seen so far this year, in the context of a new launch project in D10. For a comprehensive review of the project, read our Project Review here.
