It’s got a convenient location that’s very close to Tanah Merah MRT station on the East-West line.
Designed by ADDP Architects LLP, it offers a wide range of layouts for all generations across its 6 residential blocks. It is clearly one aimed at families, as the selection of facilities here is top-notch indeed.
There is, of course, a 50m pool, and various other spa-like facilities including a Himalayan salt room.
We also get the opportunity to tour a modern farmhouse 2 bedroom + study unit. Sized at 667 square feet, this ground floor unit is averagely sized for a new launch, but the owners have configured it a little differently from what you might expect!
