Inside An Arch-Filled $55k Renovated HDB In Tampines GreenVerge
February 16, 2023
This week, we tour a 4-room HDB home at Tampines GreenVerge. The owners got this home as a BTO purchase, and moved in sometime in March last year. The home spans 93 sqm, and the couple have converted the third bedroom into a walk-in wardrobe – essentially extending the master to suit their lifestyle needs. Cooking enthusiasts will also find a 5-burner gas hob in the kitchen – something that is quite a rarity in today’s HDBs.
Finally, try to spot the various arcs as you get through today’s tour, alongside some of the more nitty gritty design adjustments that the lovely couple have made to the house.

At Stacked, we like to look beyond the headlines and surface-level numbers, and focus on how things play out in the real world.
