Pinery Residences, a 588-unit condominium on Bedok Reservoir Road in Tampines West, will be open for public preview on Saturday, March 14.
Jointly developed by Hoi Hup and Sunway MCL, Pinery Residences will offer a mix of two- to five-bedroom units that range from 624 to 1,475 sq ft. Prices will start from $1.486 million ($2,340 psf) for a typical two-bedroom unit, to $3.508 million ($2,378 psf) for a five-bedroom unit.
The sales gallery is located along Tampines Central 7. The project is expected to launch for sale to VIPs on Friday, March 27, and the public booking will take place on Saturday, March 28. The joint marketing agencies are ERA Singapore, Huttons Asia, PropNex Realty, and SRI.

Pinery Residences is the residential component of a new mixed-use development at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and Bedok Reservoir Road.
