Hudson Place Residences Preview: 327-Unit One-North Condo Launch From $1.4M At Media Circle
April 27, 2026
The 327-unit Hudson Place Residences is the newest condominium along Media Circle in the One-North precinct, and will be open for public preview on Friday, May 1.
The project comprises a 23-storey residential tower and a 15-storey residential tower, and offers a mix of two- to four-bedroom units as well as five penthouses. The development will also feature a commercial podium of about 4,300 sq ft.
Based on the indicative price of above $1.4 million for a 646 sq ft, two-bedroom unit, the entry-level psf price is expected to start from $2,200 psf. Meanwhile, three-bedroom units will be priced from $2 million, and four-bedroom units will start from $2.7 million.

The design of Hudson Place Residences is inspired by one of New York City’s newest neighbourhoods, Hudson Yards on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan. The project is developed by a quartet of Chinese developers, namely Qingjian Realty, Forsea Holdings, CYZ Land, and Jianan Capital.
This is not the first time that a Qingjian-led consortium is launching a new project in the Media Circle neighbourhood.
The adjacent Bloomsbury Residences, which launched just over a year ago in April 2025, was inspired by London’s Bloomsbury district in the West End. The project is jointly developed by Qingjian, Forsea, ZACD, and Jianan Capital. According to caveats, the condo is more than 85% sold to date, and the average selling price is about $2,517 psf.
With Bloomsbury Residences and now Hudson Place Residences, the Qingjian-led consortium has established a strong foothold in the Media Circle area, setting the benchmark in terms of price and establishing the overall profile of this new neighbourhood.

“Hudson Place Residences is built on the same commitment that has guided every one of our projects – to deliver well-designed, quality homes,” says Du Dexiang, managing director of Qingjian Realty. He adds that in this part of the One-North precinct the residential population is on track to grow quickly, and is already attracting a new generation of residents.
The Qingjian-led consortium is also doubling down on its foothold in the precinct and is expected to launch a third new condo along the nearby Dover-Medway next year. The developers submitted the top bid of $951 million for a 145,498 sq ft government land sale site last month. The price translates to a land rate of $1,556 psf per plot ratio (ppr).
Given the proximity to Bloomsbury Residences, the developers made sure that the overall orientation of the blocks at Hudson Place Residences were not blocked by the earlier project.
An eye-catching design choice is the 17m elevation of the residential blocks; this means that the lowest floor units sit approximately six stories above street-level and units will either enjoy unblocked views of greenery surrounding the low-rise heritage Wessex Estate, or the one-north precinct.
