Why I like it

The common areas feel much a little bigger as compared to a typical loft unit, perhaps because of the white-based nature of the space. The bathroom also comes with its own bathtub, and is accessible from the master bedroom and the common areas.
The previous homeowners converted the loft area above the kitchen into their sleeping area, which might work out for those with children.
