In Singapore, 4-bedroom condos are often where developers start to get more creative with layouts. Beyond functionality, these units introduce spaces designed for versatility and multiple uses.
And while bigger unit sizes naturally command higher prices, buyers who have families or need space for comfortable living will have to find ways to make things work. That’s why we’ve compiled our favourite 4-bedroom condos on the market now that come under $2 million.

1Symphony Suites

$1,450,000
Attribute | Info |
Address | 11 Yishun Close |
Size | 1,023 |
Price PSF | $1,417 |
TOP date | 2019 |
Why I like it
This unit is about a 20-minute walk from Yishun MRT and Northpoint City, but much closer to Junction Nine for daily conveniences. The surrounding HDB clusters also come with nearby eateries. It also sits along the park connector, providing direct access to Yishun Park and Pond for greenery and outdoor space.
The dumbbell layout is efficient, reducing wasted corridor space. One bedroom has been hacked to enlarge the living and dining area, and the spaces still feel distinct. A full mirror panel in the living room brightens the interior and makes it feel more spacious. The glass cut-out between the kitchen and dining also helps light flow across.
The kitchen has a separate utility room, and all bedrooms are large enough for a double bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and bedrooms allow natural light in, making the home feel airy and open.

The development is low-rise, and this unit faces the pool, giving a good buffer from the opposite block. Despite being on a lower floor, it still gets plenty of natural light. The living and dining areas are spacious and well defined, with a small balcony and planter that add outdoor space without taking away from the interior.
The bedrooms are tucked away from the living area, and a door can be added for extra privacy. The kitchen comes with a yard, WC, and utility room, with the option to enclose the yard. The layout is regular, making furniture placement and planning straightforward.
