Why I like it
This unit is about a 20-minute walk from Yishun MRT and Northpoint City, but much closer to Junction Nine for daily conveniences. The surrounding HDB clusters also come with nearby eateries. It also sits along the park connector, providing direct access to Yishun Park and Pond for greenery and outdoor space.
The dumbbell layout is efficient, reducing wasted corridor space. One bedroom has been hacked to enlarge the living and dining area, and the spaces still feel distinct. A full mirror panel in the living room brightens the interior and makes it feel more spacious. The glass cut-out between the kitchen and dining also helps light flow across.

Why I like it

The development is low-rise, and this unit faces the pool, giving a good buffer from the opposite block. Despite being on a lower floor, it still gets plenty of natural light. The living and dining areas are spacious and well defined, with a small balcony and planter that add outdoor space without taking away from the interior.
