This week, we tour McNair Towers – a newly-MOPed HDB that’s very close by City Views @ Boon Keng and Bendemeer Light, two HDBs that we’ve also recently toured. Unlike the latter two HDBs, McNair Towers is more exclusive.
Tucked along the quiet McNair Road Road (along Towner Road), McNair Towers is just around a 4-minute walk to Boon Keng MRT and boasts of being right next to the Whampoa Park Connector. The 861-unit HDB also features decent views of the city and the sea (depending on the block), and is within walking distance to the Bendemeer Market & Food Centre.
Given all of these positive traits, it’s also one of the most expensive flats you can buy. A 4-room flat in 2022 so far has a median price of $905,000, putting it within the top 2.4% in terms of the most expensive 4-room flats in Singapore.
