Inside A $1.15 Million 4-Bedroom Condo With Lovely River Views
January 12, 2023
This week, we tour an older 99-year leasehold condo in Hougang. Evergreen Park is a condo that was completed in 1999 with 394 units. While it might be overshadowed by newer developments such as Riverfront Residences and Kingsford Waterbay, it does still come with direct views of the Sungei Serangoon.
The unit itself is a 4-bedroom condo that comes in at a size of 1,367 square feet. It does offer quite a unique layout too, with the bedrooms located across the living and dining area.
There’s even space for a powder room for guests too, which typically only comes in with bigger luxury developments. Special thanks to the homeowners for allowing us to tour their homely space!
