An interesting layout design is that each unit type features a dual-key configuration. This type of flexibility opens up plenty of usability options for families, turning rooms into home offices, or to accommodate different living arrangements.
Some of the resident facilities at the development include landscaped communal spaces, fitness and wellness zones, swimming pools, function halls, and family-oriented amenities.
In Singapore, Jesselton Courtyard is marketed by Savills Singapore, who is showcasing this project at Voco Orchard Hotel this weekend.
