TJ’s interest in property was sparked after returning from the UK- where balconies are not counted in one’s square footage!- and finding that the Singapore property had totally changed in the 7 years she was away. When not reading and watching articles & videos about property, she is busy cooking and baking for friends, family & her blog Greedygirlgourmet

Not a very fair piece on the area – for people who don’t know the area and its actual traffic situation well (i.e. truly not as bad as you guys make it sound), the team at Stackedhomes sure has a lot to say about it.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on our editorial about the landed enclave. It’s true that our experience might not reflect everyone’s, and conditions can vary.

When we visited, the traffic situation was as we described it, but it’s good to know that it might not always be that way. It’s important for potential residents to check it out for themselves before making any decisions.

It’s also important to remember that what constitutes “good” can be subjective. For instance, someone moving from a spacious estate might have a different perspective than someone coming from a less spacious one.

In this case, the editorial reflects the perspective of TJ, who has toured various estates across Singapore. Her comparison is based on numerous experiences exploring different enclaves.

Regardless, your perspective is valuable for other readers to see here, so thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.

The jalan wangi one actually has 2 entrance and exits. The one that you film is the ” backyard” there is a parking area at the other side of the property for those that didn extend their property all the way out

It is better to speak to some residents rather than base on 2 hours of driving over half of the estate before writing.

The title seems misleading as the listed property is at $2.98M while the title says $2.05M?

Hi guy! The listed property is never really accurate since that’s what the seller is asking for. We based $2.05m off an actual transaction.
