1Natura @ Hillview

$1,050,000
| Attribute | Info |
| Address | 22 Hillview Terrace |
| Tenure | Freehold |
| Size | 635 SQFT |
| $PSF | $1,653.54 PSF |
| Developer | Mequity (Hillview) Pte Ltd |
| TOP | 2016 |
Why I like it
Situated within a primarily residential estate and near a landed enclave, Natura @ Hillview is a suitable project for outdoor lovers. It is just a short walk to the park connector, which leads to some of Singapore’s best trails, which include Bukit Batok Town Park, Bukit Batok Nature Park, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and the Rail Corridor.
That said, a common downside for projects nestled within the estate is that amenities are located quite a fair distance away. Natura@Hillview is situated within a 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, as well as the eateries that are located along Bukit Batok East Avenue 4.
The nearest MRT Stations are either Bukit Batok MRT Station (North-South line) or Hillview MRT Station (Downtown line).
The unit is a compact 635 square feet and the original layout comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a compact living and dining area. However, the current owners have renovated the space to fit their lifestyle.
A pantry and more storage space have been built up in the original dining area to make the foyer kitchen more functional. Furthermore, one of the common bathrooms has been converted into a powder room with storage cabinets – a trend that we see in newer condo launches today. Last but not least, one of the common bedrooms is used as a study while the other is used as a dressing room, which includes a vanity area and floor-to-ceiling cabinets.
These changes make the apartment more appropriate for couples or as a bachelorette pad. However, these changes can be reverted to accommodate a small family instead. And yes, as you might expect with the size, both common bedrooms are definitely small, and the kitchen is small too so as according to the floor plan the washer may have to be placed in the balcony.

2Watercolours

$1,119,800
| Attribute | Info |
| Address | 25 Pasir Ris Link |
| Tenure | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size | 915 SQFT |
| $PSF | $1,223.83 PSF |
| Developer | HUGE Developments Pte Ltd |
| TOP | 2016 |
Why I like it
Watercolours is one of several Executive Condos (ECs) in Pasir Ris, and is a short 6-minute walk to Downtown East and Pasir Ris Hawker Centre from the back gate, which has a wide variety of dining options, a grocery mart and other recreational facilities (such as childcare centres, gyms and healthcare services).
On the other hand, Pasir Ris MRT Station (East-West line), White Sands Mall and the new Pasir Ris Mall can be accessed through a short bus ride. One of the biggest selling points of the location is that it sits along the park connector that leads to both Pasir Ris Town Park and the scenic Pasir Ris Beach.
The apartment is sized at 915 square feet and has a no-frills layout. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a household shelter (to store bulky items away), an enclosable kitchen with a separate yard, and a living area connected to a balcony.
Most of the apartment enjoys lots of natural light, as the master bedroom and one of the common bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows.

3La Casa

$1,150,000
| Attribute | Info |
| Address | 62 Woodlands Drive 16 |
| Tenure | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size | 1,141 SQFT |
| $PSF | $1,007.89 PSF |
| Developer | Far East Organisation |
| TOP | 2008 |
Why I like it
La Casa enjoys close proximity to several coffee shops, with popular spots like Vista Point and 888 Plaza just a short walk away. Additionally, it’s less than a 15-minute walk to Woodlands South MRT Station (Thomson-East Coast Line), with Admiralty MRT Station (North-South Line) also located close by.
Spanning 1,141 square feet, the unit features three well-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious common area and a functional kitchen with a home shelter, a separate WC, and a ventilated yard—ideal for families with live-in help. The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate a walk-in wardrobe, offering a dedicated space for those seeking extra storage.
One key advantage is the absence of balconies, maximizing the unit’s liveable area and providing a more space-efficient layout.

4Neptune Court

$1,189,000
| Attribute | Info |
| Address | 1 Marine Vista |
| Tenure | 101-year Leasehold |
| Size | 1,270 SQFT |
| $PSF | $936.22PSF |
| Developer | HDB |
| TOP | 1975 |
Why I like it
Neptune Court has long been a familiar name in the East, known for its generously sized apartments, expansive grounds and proximity to the beloved East Coast beach.
With the recent opening of the Thomson-East Coast Line, residents are now just a 10-minute walk from Marine Terrace MRT Station and 15 minutes from Siglap MRT Station. These provide direct access to key locations such as Shenton Way, Maxwell, and Orchard MRT stations. For drivers, the nearby ECP offers an easy route into town.
One standout feature of Neptune Court is its expansive land area, allowing for lower-density living compared to newer developments. This creates a more serene environment for residents to come home to.
The unit in question is a generous 1,270 square feet and situated in a point block, offering more privacy. Despite being on a lower floor, the apartment benefits from abundant natural light thanks to unblocked views.
Inside, the apartment features a spacious living area with a balcony, three well-sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additionally, there is a versatile space between the bedrooms, perfect for a study nook, workout corner or children’s play area.

5Northwave EC

$1,190,000
| Attribute | Info |
| Address | 107 Woodlands View |
| Tenure | 99-year Leasehold |
| Size | 980 SQFT |
| $PSF | $1,214.29 PSF |
| Developer | Hao Yuan (Woodlands) Pte Ltd |
| TOP | 2019 |
Why I like it
Northwave is a newly MOP-ed Executive Condo (EC) located in the Admiralty neighbourhood, offering unobstructed views of the vast greenery zoned for military use.
While there are several eateries and grocery stores conveniently located beneath nearby HDB blocks, residents may prefer a slightly longer walk to Admiralty MRT Station (North-South Line), where Kampung Admiralty and Admiralty Place provide additional amenities.
This 980-square-foot unit is situated on a mid-floor level, offering unblocked views from the living room and all three bedrooms of the open land across the street, allowing plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space. However, it’s worth noting that this empty plot has been zoned for educational purposes, so future developments should be anticipated.
The unit features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an enclosable kitchen, and a well-sized living area that includes a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring the home is naturally bright throughout the day.
