Why I like it

You should also look at Block17/18/19 Cantonment Close. Particularly the ones facing the port. With port shifting in 2027 (and a replacement building blocking the view unlikely given the deep harbor) and Cantonment MRT coming downstairs this year, you have an insanely open vista into the south sea with Batam and other islands easily visible on a typical clear day.
