Why I like it
Itās just a six-minute walk to Marsiling MRT station (NSL), and this unit benefits from convenient access to supermarkets and food options around the station. Thereās also another supermarket and eateries within the neighbouring HDB cluster, while Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre is within walking distance. For greenery, Marsiling Park is nearby, with a park connector linking to Woodlands Waterfront and Admiralty Park (good for cyclists!)
This is a corner unit, which is more private. The layout is efficient, and the living and dining areas are comfortably sized. The long kitchen configuration allows for a service balcony to be carved out if preferred. While it is on a lower floor, this is not a particularly noisy or high traffic area; so thereās no real noise pollution. It remains in original condition, so itās a blank canvas for renovations.

Why I like it
This unit is a nine-minute walk to Aljunied MRT station (EWL), with Sims Vista Market and Food Centre just a short stroll away. Itās also within walking distance of Sims Avenue and Geylang Road. The Geylang stretch, as most of us know, is famous for local food, and many of the eateries are open till late.
The flat is door-to-door with only one neighbour sharing the lift lobby, enhancing privacy. Its regularly shaped layout makes furniture placement and renovation planning straightforward. The kitchen includes an additional utility room that can function as storage, a laundry area, or even an extra bedroom if required. The current renovations include marble flooring, which helps keep the home cool; a practical advantage in Singaporeās climate. The shower and WC are separated, allowing simultaneous use. Like the previous unit, this flat is in original condition, which makes it a strong option for buyers intending to redesign the space from the ground up.

Why I like it
An eight-minute walk to Woodlands MRT station (NSL, TEL), this flat is also close to Causeway Point, Woodlands Civic Centre, and Woods Square. Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre is within walking distance, alongside various food options in the surrounding HDB clusters. The unit sits next to a park connector that leads to Marsiling Park, Woodlands Waterfront, and Admiralty Park.
Positioned at the end of the corridor, this is effectively a corner unit. The layout is regularly shaped with no odd corners, making it easy to plan renovations and furniture placement. The living area is spacious, and the long kitchen once again allows for the possibility of adding a service balcony. The unit remains in original condition, offering buyers the flexibility to reimagine the space entirely according to their own style and needs.

Why I like it
This unit is just a nine-minute walk from Lakeside MRT station (EWL). This flat is close to both Hong Kah Point and Jurong Central Plaza, which offer wet markets, supermarkets, and a range of eateries. Jurong Lake Gardens is within walking distance, and the unit is within one kilometre of Rulang Primary School.
This is a corner unit situated in a low-rise block, yet it still receives a good amount of natural light. The living and dining areas are nicely segregated, while the bedrooms are tucked into a corner, enhancing privacy. There is even the possibility of enclosing the walkway leading to the bedrooms for added separation from the communal areas. All three bedrooms are well sized, and most of the internal walls can be hacked, making reconfiguration relatively straightforward for those who want to redesign the space.

Why I like it
This unit is a seven-minute walk to Bukit Gombak MRT station (NSL), and a short walk to the Bukit Gombak Neighbourhood Centre, which includes a wet market, supermarkets, and various food options. Additional eateries can also be found within the neighbouring HDB clusters.
As a corner unit, privacy is improved. The layout is efficient with minimal wasted space, and the living and dining areas are of a good size. The long kitchen layout allows for a service balcony to be created if desired. All three bedrooms are spacious, and the flat remains in largely original condition with minimal built-in carpentry in the living and bedrooms. This makes it especially appealing for buyers who prefer a clean slate for renovation, rather than paying for finishes they intend to remove.
