Sales included all three one-bedroom plus study units and a mix of two- to four-bedroom units, while none of the 1,658 sq ft five-bedroom units with private lift were sold. Agents say demand is largely from owner-occupiers, especially families and multi-generational households, with HDB upgraders from Bukit Panjang, Bukit Batok and Choa Chu Kang as a key source.
