The URA has closed the tender for the Lorong Bistari site, receiving two bids led by ComfortDelGro Driving Centre at $38 million. The 267,907 sq ft site near Yew Tee MRT will house a multi-storey Next-Generation Driving Centre with up to 780,390 sq ft of GFA, a 60m height cap, and a 30-year lease, replacing the aging Bukit Batok Driving Centre by end-2030.
Serenity Park at 157A-G Tamarind has been launched for collective sale at around $505 million, or about $1,453 psf per plot ratio. The freehold site spans 248,173 sq ft, is zoned residential with a plot ratio of 1.4 and height control up to five storeys, and sits along Yio Chu Kang Road. The tender closes at 12pm on 26 March 2026, offering developers a rare freehold land banking opportunity in a mature estate.

Two new CCR GLS parcels at Holland Plain and Morrison Lane could add about 485 homes in total. Holland Plain can yield around 280 private homes as part of a planned 22.5 hectare low to mid rise residential precinct in Bukit Timah.
