A Hidden Wellness Club Most People Don’t Know About
This week, Reuben and Aiken visit a beautiful pastel-coloured fitness and wellness club located in a heritage shophouse in Tanjong Pagar.
Occupying 4 stories, Trapeze Rec Club consists of a yoga studio, gym, outdoor sauna and cold plunge, reflexology, and treatment rooms that were conceived by entrepreneur GJ Wee.
Built for a “new generation seeking wonder, balance and connection”, a big factor that sets it apart from other spaces is the thought that goes into the design of the space.
Designed by Parable (https://www.parable.sg/), the space had to be one that brought about the aspect of playfulness, and through that quirky elements helped to emphasise the brand’s direction.
From the door handles, to the textured curved walls, and play on different colours – the vibe is one of a relaxing yet playful one.
