Shoebox unit can be your “foot in the door” . Anyway great article Ryan, can I ask – if there’s an oversupply of shoebox units, should I consider waiting for prices to drop then?

Hi Kenneth! We don’t have a crystal ball on whether prices would drop or not, but given the current situation, we do think that a dip in prices would be seen – nothing spectacular unlike during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008/09 as a result of the cooling measures and swift government support. We always advocate buying based on your objectives and timeline 🙂
