Around 4,000 people headed to the sales gallery of Lucerne Grand in the first three days of its public preview from Sept 18 to 20. Developed by City Developments Ltd (CDL), the 570-unit project is next to Lakeside MRT station on the East-West Line, and the mixed-use development is on Lakeside Drive in District 22.

It is the first private residential project, developed from a government land sale (GLS) site, to break ground in this part of Jurong West since 2014.

There were two other new launch projects that entered the market there recently. But Sora and The Lakegarden Residences, were both built on former private estates bought through collective sales.

Lucerne Grand sits on a 145,152 sq ft plot that is zoned ‘Residential with Commercial at the 1st Storey’. CDL is developing five 17-storey residential towers and a 10,764 sq ft ground-floor retail podium called Lucerne Galleria.
