This week in Tastemakers, Aiken and Reuben tour a truly differentiated lighting gallery in Singapore.
It’s set in a 3-storey shophouse on Craig Road and carries some of the most unique lighting products that you’d ever see in Singapore.
Dubbed Galerie 5 by Sol Luminaire, it’s a space that combines lighting pieces with art and artisanal products.
You have brands such as llll, Makhno Studio, furniture brand Frederic Saulou, as well as The Soucy Soup and Sticky Glass.
Botanical design studio Humid House also designed the garden on the second floor, which also serves as a lighting environment for some of the products.
Special thanks to Zhi Kai for showing us around this elegant lighting space. For more, please visit: https://solluminaire.com.sg/galerie5/
