At The Stacked Store, we have a fixed charge of $5 for every order of scented candles that you buy online. However, you’ll qualify for free shipping if you spend above a certain amount. You can check the minimum spend required at the top of our webpage or during checkout. Our scented candles and home fragrances are only available for delivery within Singapore (excluding restricted areas) in partnership with our delivery provider. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We strive to deliver your scented candles order within two to four working days. If you buy and place an order before 9am SGT, our online store will fulfil it on the same day. Orders placed after 9am SGT will be fulfilled on the following business day. Please note that external events like Public Holidays, weekends, and warehouse closures may impact the final delivery date, as we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

If you’ve purchased scented candles online from The Stacked Store, please note that they are only eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Specifically, a refund is possible if the item is defective, arrives broken, or if you send a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
