Online Designer Lighting Shop In Singapore

The Stacked Store charges a flat fee of $5 for every designer lighting order, and free shipping is available with a minimum spend (as mentioned at the top of the page or during checkout). Our online lighting shop currently only offers shipping to Singapore addresses (excluding restricted locations) in collaboration with our delivery partner, and does not offer international deliveries.

We aim to complete delivery of your designer lighting order within two to four working days. All orders placed before 9am SGT are fulfilled by our online lighting shop in Singapore within the same day, whereas all orders placed after 9am SGT will be fulfilled by the following business day. As we work closely with our courier partners to deliver your items, external events such as Public Holidays, weekends, and warehouse closures may affect when your item finally arrives.

Your designer lighting items are eligible for refund from us if they meet the following criteria:

• Item is defective
• Item arrives broken
• A return request is sent to us within 14 days of you receiving the order

Simply submit a return order request, and our team will assess the defectiveness of your product. Followup questions may be asked if necessary to help fully facilitate the return or refund process. The Stacked Store currently offers refunds in the form of store credits or cash (subject to availability), as well as exchanges (subject to approval).

Once you complete your designer lighting purchase on our online lighting shop, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Your order status will also be reflected on your The Stacked Store account page.
