We aim to fulfill our orders within the same or next day, so your order may have already been packed and shipped to you. Unfortunately, all orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping is a flat $5 per order. We currently offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. The amount can be found in the announcement bar at the top of the page, or when checking out.
We ship only to Singapore addresses. We do not offer international deliveries. Certain addresses within Singapore are listed as restricted and we do not offer deliveries to such locations.

Orders are fulfilled on the same day if it is placed before 9AM SGT. The item is then delivered within 1-3 days. If the order is placed after 9AM, it will be fulfilled the next day and delivered within 1-3 days thereafter. For example, if you order on Monday 8AM, the order is fulfilled on Monday itself and you may receive it between Tuesday – Thursdays. Do note that if you order close to or on a public holiday/weekend/warehouse closure date, your order might take longer than usual.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email indicating your tracking link.
Unfortunately, choosing a time for delivery is not an option we offer.
Currently, we do not have a physical store. All of our sales are done online and we deliver items straight to your address π
We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your item. Please note that we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived broken
- A return request is sent to us within 14 days of receiving the order
To initiate a return, please take photos of the defective product in question, and if the product in question requires a demonstration of its defectiveness, please take a video and send it to customercare@stackedhomes.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER #SS-[Order No.].
Our team will then assess the defectiveness of the product and follow up with any questions if necessary. If the request is successful, please pack the item in the original packaging and seal it for our pick-up.
We will then proceed to ship a replacement product to you.
There are two types of refunds we can provide:
- Store credits
- Cash refunds
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds unless an exchange for the item you originally ordered is not available. Regardless, refunds are processed within 3 working days. If we initiate a cash refund, it may take up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to reflect the refund.
All promo codes can be applied on the checkout page.
We may run marketing campaigns from time to time that includes promotions. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter to receive them before the sale period ends!
