Great transparency Ryan! Always love the review of Stacked from an unbiased non sales driven perspective which is extremely rare in this space.

Keep up the good work!

I must say that i enjoy reading the articles in STACKED very much as it gives me a feeling of truthfulness and provides an unbiased view of the property under review. If the same article appears in the Propertyguru or Edgeprop website, i definitely have to take it with a pinch of salt. Keep up the good work, SIr.

A great piece Ryan.

Your article was clear and with sufficient details to satiate my curiousity about the income and expenses of a property agent in Singapore. Now I can better appreciate the expenses that my property agent had to put up with in renting out my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised when my agent presented my wife and I a small gift token for appointing her as our exclusive agent, and we had responded in kind as we are very pleased with her hard working ethics and service.

Thanks and keep up the good work!

Your calculation for flyers is wrong. $450 x 13 months, not $450 x 10 months. Thank you for sharing all the same.

Hi Ryan, how’s your 2nd year’s revenue? I’m considering take the RES course and be a property agent, but struggling about the $0 fix income as I got house and kids to feed, haha. My monthly pay is $4700 now, so not so high, can give it a try but hard to sustain so many months as no much saving totally.
