If you intend to buy a water jug from us, we charge a flat fee of $5 with the option of free shipping once you reach the minimum spend stated on the top of the page or during checkout. Please note that The Stacked Store only ships to addresses in Singapore at the moment, with some exceptions for restricted locations. Unfortunately, we do not offer international deliveries at this time.

Place your order for a water jug on our online store and receive it within 2-4 working days. Orders before 9am SGT are fulfilled the same day, while orders placed after 9am SGT are fulfilled the next day. External events like Public Holidays may affect arrival, but we’ll do our best to deliver your items as soon as we can.

Your water jugs, pitchers, and carafes are eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

• Item is defective
• Item arrives broken
• A return request is sent to us within 14 days of you receiving the order
