Lake Vista @ Yuan Ching DBSS was launched in October 2011 alongside Belvia (Bedok) and Trivelis (Clementi). It is the 2nd last batch of DBSS to be offered given the 13th and the last DBSS was launched afterwards (Pasir Ris ONE).
